Shah Rukh Khan announces his own OTT platform | SRK+
King Khan when not appearing on screen, means he must be coming up with something big. It’s not about the much awaiting film Pathaan. It’s still long way for Pathaan as its set to release in Jan, 2023.
Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan on Tuesday announced his OTT platform, SRK+ “Kuch kuch hone wala hain, OTT ki duniya mein (something is going to happen in the world of OTT).
On his latest tweet, Mega star Salman Khan retweeted the actor’s post, adding: “Aaj ki party teri taraf se (the party is on you today). Congrats on your new OTT app, SRK+.”
Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap revealed in a tweet that will be collaborating on SRK+ – “Dream come true! Collaborating with @iamsrk on his new OTT app, SRK+,” Anurag Kashyap tweeted.
“Fans are thrilled that SRK’s dominion will now extend to streaming as well. This seems to be the Biggest news of the year. This is going to change the face of OTT.
Pathaan has been locked for a January 25, 2023 release. The film will be released in three languages – Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The spy thriller film is directed by Siddharth Anand. Pathaan marks SRK’s first film after Zero which was released in 2018. A lot of anticipation is riding on this upcoming film, which will reportedly kick-start an action film universe of sorts. Salman will also be featured in a cameo role in Pathaan as his character ‘Tiger’ from the blockbuster Tiger film franchise. Separately, Salman is shooting for Tiger 3 with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.
